By purchasing or using Vertex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Vertex for the duration of your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense your key or access to anyone else.
Each license key is locked to one machine. Sharing your key will result in both accounts being permanently banned with no refund.
Vertex is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things working and undetected, but we can't guarantee uptime, availability, or that you won't face consequences from third-party platforms. Use at your own risk.
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the key has not been redeemed. After redemption or after 24 hours, all sales are final.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: key sharing, chargebacks, abuse, or disruptive behavior.
Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund will result in a permanent ban and blacklist across all Vertex products.
We can update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vertex after changes means you accept the new terms.
Vertex is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or other actions taken against your accounts on third-party platforms. You accept full responsibility for how you use the software.
